Howard Lloyd-Lewis (born 9th May 1944 in Aberfan, Wales; died 18th December 1986 in Manchester) appeared on Coronation Street between November and December 1982 as social worker Mr. Carter, who found Sharon Gaskell a new foster placement and a job as a kennel maid with a family in Sheffield.
