Liz Catchings was born in San Antonio, Texas, to David Catchings, an outdoorsman, and Andrea Barry, a music teacher. Her ancestry is namely Western and Northern European. Catchings made her professional on-camera debut in "Agents Undercover Love," filmed in early 2024 in Qingdao, China. This would set off somewhat of a love affair between the actress and location shoots in China, having traveled to the country to film multiple times for upwards of fifteen series.
