While working at said club Heart met and was recruited by agent Derek Hay of L.A. Direct Models. She began performing in explicit hardcore movies in her late teens in 2005. In January, 2006 Lacie signed with Vivid Entertainment and was with them for almost a whole year. Heart signed with Digital Playground in December of that same year.
