Kevin Koch

Kevin is a writer and director based in Berlin and Ludwigsburg. Born in Munich, he grew up in the countryside near Lake Constance. Following social art projects in Indonesia and the Philippines, Kevin studied Media Science and Applied Media at the University of Bayreuth. Since 2020, he has been studying directing at Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. During his studies, he attended the film school La Fémis in Paris as part of an exchange program. His French-German co-production PRINCE DE LA VILLE (2024) celebrated its world premiere at the 30th Sarajevo Film Festival and its German premiere at the 58th International Hof Film Festival. The film has since screened at Uppsala Short Film Festival, among others, and received a nomination for the Young C. Award at Civis Mediaprize 2025.
