Desmond Rayner was a British actor known for his roles in various television series and films. His notable works include Screen One (1985), Stolen Assignment (1955) and Hancock's Half Hour (1956). Rayner was also an accomplished artist, and was known for his abstract and geometric artworks. He was married to journalist and broadcaster Claire Rayner. He died on 20 April 2014 in Harrow, Middlesex, England, UK.
