David Seager

David Seager (born February 1973) is a visual effects supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic (ILM). Born in Detroit, Michigan, Seager grew up in Indiana, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He pursued graduate studies at Clemson University in South Carolina, earning a Master's degree in Thermal Fluid Sciences. Shortly after completing his education, Seager began his career in visual effects at Square USA, as a lighting and sequence supervisor on Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (2001).
