House of Petals

Einosuke is an otherwise ordinary man until white make-up transforms him into Eitaro, Japan’s only onnagata geisha, a man playing a woman. Trained as a child by his mother, Mariko, a rule-breaking geisha who opened “Matsunoya” and used her son as an apprentice “girl geisha."
