María, addicted to sex and drugs, lives with the hypocrisy of her friends, who criticize and envy her. Alfonso, married with two children, hides his Chemsex addiction. Altagracia, a strong woman, faces the situation of her daughter Elizabeth, a habitual marijuana user and linked to youth gangs. Unbeknownst to them, all these characters are connected and end up seeking help from the same addiction expert.
