The film powerfully illustrates the consequences of exponential disease spread when time is lost at the outset. It explores the role played by the WHO. In the end, the question remains: Was COVID-19 just the beginning of a chain of pandemics originating in the animal kingdom? And can the gap between scientific “preparedness” and government “leadership” be closed quickly enough to find a better response to future global health crises?
